Although Ivo is proudly 2 cm taller than his twin Rui, when they aren’t on their bikes the two Oliviera brothers are otherwise identical. They also share an identical cycling profile that has always seen them racing for the same teams, until they joined UAE Team Emirates.
He has always divided his time between the road and track, obtaining excellent results in both fields.
It was on the track that he met his girlfriend, who is also a cyclist.
