Pre-season camp in Spain announced for early 2022

UAE Team Emirates are already looking towards 2022 with the announcement of their pre-season training camp in Pedreguer on the sunny eastern coast of Spain next January.

After a highly successful 2021, the team are keen to hit the ground running with the full roster of riders as well as coaches, mechanics, masseurs and other support staff, gathering together to put the finishing touches on preparations for the season ahead.

The camp comes after the initial team building gathering in UAE last October and will precede the first races in late January and the first big goal of the season : the UAE Tour, where they will aim to defend their crown after a special victory by Tadej Pogačar in 2021.

The team will host a media day on the 10th January where the world press will be invited to film, photograph and interview the riders in their new kit before the new season.
